RINO Playbook

• Slowdown, or stop, building REC membership.

• Stifle voter participation in politics. Just vote for the RINO we tell you to.

• Perpetuate top-down control of the party to maintain their perception of power.

• Stop county-level/REC direction of policymaking. No resolutions.

• Limit member participation in committees. Cliques.

• Use Committees to neuter/kill resolutions (where good ideas go to die)

• Co-opt county REC board members to do their bidding.

• Remove the bond requirement for board. (Who guards our donations?) 

• Urge RECs to limit meetings to every other month to slow down AF involvement.
